Le Syrah is a fresh, high-altitude take on Syrah from Domaine Nøvice. Instead of Jura fruit, the grapes come from the Ardèche, around Saint-Remèze, where vineyards sit at about 600 metres above sea level. This cooler height helps the wine keep lively acidity and a clean, juicy profile.
The Syrah is then brought back to Poligny in the Jura to be vinified, giving a southern French grape a subtle Jura touch. In the glass you can expect dark berries, a hint of violet and gentle black pepper, with soft tannins and a bright, mouthwatering finish.
It’s an easygoing red you can enjoy slightly chilled, perfect with charcuterie, roast chicken or grilled vegetables.
