Le Rouge is the relaxed, all-in-one red from Domaine Nøvice in Poligny, at the heart of the Jura. It’s a blend of all the estate’s red grapes from the 2024 harvest: Trousseau, Poulsard and Pinot Noir.
Each variety brings something different to the glass – Trousseau adds depth, Poulsard gives lightness and bright fruit, and Pinot Noir ties everything together. The wine is vinified and aged in neutral fiberglass tanks, so nothing covers up the natural character of the grapes.
The result is a fresh, lively Jura red that feels very direct and honest. It’s the kind of bottle you can open on a weekday, share with friends and enjoy without overthinking, but it still has enough personality to keep you coming back for another glass.
