Criollaje is a rosé wine that tells a unique story of preservation. Made in Argentina through traditional co-fermentation of Cereza, Criolla Grande, and Pedro Giménez grapes, this wine represents a rescue mission - saving noble grapes from becoming boxed wine. The producer follows a natural winemaking approach, using organic grapes without any additives. This pure method preserves the authentic character of these traditional Criollo varieties.
