Born on sea-facing slopes in Rocca San Giovanni, “Moby Dick” is pure Trebbiano raised on calcareous clay vines first planted between 1998 and 2001. The coastal air leaves a light salt touch in the grapes, which are harvested and left with their skins for two days before a native-yeast fermentation in steel. The wine then rests in the same tanks, bottled without filtration, clarification or added sulfites so every glass shows its natural character.

The result is a crisp, clean white that opens with easy notes of blossom, white peach and citrus. On the palate it feels silky yet lively, carrying that gentle saline thread that recalls the Adriatic breeze. Simple, honest craftsmanship makes “Moby Dick” an inviting partner for shellfish, seafood pasta or a quiet aperitif by the water.
