Gazafello is a bright and expressive white wine crafted from century-old Albariño vines rooted in granitic soils, just a short distance from the Atlantic coast in Galicia. Grown with minimal intervention, its grapes undergo a spontaneous fermentation in unique spherical porcelain amphorae, then rest on fine lees to gain depth and roundness.
