Ciclo Branco from Ciclo Vinho captures the genuine spirit of Portugal's Alentejo region, blending native grapes—Arinto, Alvarinho, Roupeiro, Rabo de Ovelha, Pérum, and Encruzado. Grown on a modest 1.5-hectare vineyard near Estremoz, the grapes flourish on limestone and clay soils, providing distinct character to the wine.
Crafted with minimal intervention, grapes are hand-picked and spontaneously fermented at cool temperatures. This gentle process preserves the vibrant aromas and flavors, highlighting citrus fruits and hints of exotic notes. The wine features a refreshing sharpness, creamy texture, and a noticeable touch of salinity, creating a balanced and appealing palate.
Unaged in oak to retain purity, Ciclo Branco expresses Alentejo’s unique terroir authentically. Additionally, Ciclo emphasizes sustainability, using recycled materials and lightweight bottles to minimize environmental impact, reflecting their dedication to both quality and responsible winemaking.
