Volaina by Celler Credo is a unique white wine that beautifully combines tradition with ecological consciousness. Crafted from 100% Parellada grapes, this wine originates from organic and biodynamic vineyards situated at over 500 meters above sea level in Pla de Manlleu, one of the highest locations in Penedès, Catalonia. Volaina is more than just wine—it's part of a special initiative with the Granollers Natural History Museum aimed at studying butterflies, underscoring its commitment to sustainability and environmental care.

In appearance, Volaina delights with a pale yellow color complemented by green reflections. The aromas are fresh and vibrant, with notes of green plums, crisp apple skins, and a bouquet reminiscent of freshly cut summer meadows and kitchen herbs. Its taste is refreshingly herbal and slightly tart, offering stimulating hints of sage and citrus zest. With a lively and slightly bitter finish, it perfectly showcases its Mediterranean character.
