Casa Pardet Roiget is a natural rosé wine from Catalonia, made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Trepat grapes. The grapes are grown in stony clay-limestone soils, which give the wine its fresh and vibrant character. After being directly pressed as whole clusters, the juice undergoes alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in clay amphorae. This traditional method highlights the natural purity of the wine and brings out its fruity and juicy profile.
Roiget is an easy-going, fresh rosé that offers a genuine expression of its Mediterranean origin.
