Bonnet Cotton's Piscine Olympique is a charming rosé wine from France's picturesque Beaujolais region, crafted with care and respect for nature. This unique wine blends Gamay, Muscaris, and Souvignier Gris—three grape varieties known for their freshness and resistance to harsh conditions. Its distinct personality arises from the innovative winemaking technique known as "mille feuille" maceration, where whole grape clusters ferment spontaneously in layers within concrete tanks.

After eight months in the tank, with no filtration, fining, or added sulfites, Piscine Olympique emerges fresh and pure, expressing lively flavors of crisp red fruits, ripe cherry, and zesty grapefruit, accented by delicate citrus notes. A playful hint of natural funkiness adds intriguing depth to this versatile rosé. Perfectly suited to pair with grilled white meats, hearty stews, red sauces, or even meaty fish dishes, it's also delightful as an aperitif. Enjoy chilled to fully appreciate its vibrant and refreshing charm.
