This Brisat represents a traditional Catalan orange wine style, crafted from a blend of local varieties including rare Sumoll Blanc. The grapes come from three distinct Penedès terroirs, including high-altitude mountain vineyards. Following natural winemaking methods, the wine develops for three months in underground concrete tanks, creating a unique expression of the region with just 50,000 bottles produced annually.
