Made predominantly from Grenache and Carignan grapes, with a hint of Moscatel, this wine showcases the region's rich winemaking traditions blended with modern techniques. The grapes are hand-picked, with Grenache undergoing carbonic maceration and Carignan and Moscatel crushed traditionally by foot. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, highlighting the natural character of the wine, followed by aging without filtration or clarification.
