This natural white wine from Priorat combines White Grenache, Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Muscat from 30-year-old vines grown on clay and slate soils at high altitude. Following gentle pressing and native yeast fermentation, it matures in white stoneware amphorae for 6 months, developing mineral characteristics. The minimal intervention approach preserves the authentic expression of the terroir.
