Vrmt. is a small-batch French vermouth from Languedoc, built on a base of old Carignan vines. Instead of heavy seasoning, it leans on a careful cold infusion of lemon and orange peel, vanilla and juniper. This keeps the citrus bright, the spice gentle, and the herbal notes clean rather than harsh.
The result is a bitter-herbal, aromatic drink with a juicy citrus core and a soft touch of sweetness from the vanilla. It feels crafted more like a careful wine than a classic industrial vermouth. Enjoy it simply over ice with a twist of orange zest, or use it to give extra character to your favorite Negroni or spritz.
