Plans B nº2 Blanc is a white wine from Penedès made with Xarel·lo (also known locally as Cartoixà) and Malvasia. The grapes go through a 4-day cold infusion with the bunches kept whole, a gentle step that helps bring out extra aroma and a light, rounded texture. Instead of pressing, the juice is taken off by saignée, then fermented in stainless steel to keep the wine fresh and clear. Expect a bright, easy-drinking style with a subtle skin-touch character and a clean finish.
