This Austrian orange wine from Carnuntum represents modern natural winemaking. Made from equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Welschriesling from 30-year-old vines, it undergoes a 14-day maceration with indigenous yeasts. The wine ages in stainless steel for 7 months, preserving its aromatic character. Its structure complements both white meat dishes and hearty stews.
