Jajatoès Rosé from Domaine du Petit Oratoire is a fresh and fruity natural wine made in the Rhône Valley. For this vintage, Lori Haon and his team blended grapes typically used for their white wine—Viognier and Clairette—with Grenache Noir and Cinsault to create a light and easy-drinking rosé. This decision came after a small harvest of white grapes, turning a challenge into an opportunity.
The wine is crafted using biodynamic methods, with a natural approach and fermentation carried out by native yeasts. Pressed directly and aged in stainless steel tanks, it offers bright red fruit flavors with a juicy, refreshing character. Perfect for casual summer meals or simply as an apéritif.
