A vibrant natural rosé from Austria's Neusiedlersee region, where Lake Neusiedl's unique microclimate influences the vineyards. This blend of local Blaufränkisch and Pinot Gris grapes is crafted by Kollektiv Peternell using traditional methods: whole bunch fermentation with gentle skin contact and native yeasts, followed by aging in stainless steel. The result is a fresh, crisp wine with pure varietal expression. Its versatile character pairs beautifully with both Iberian cured meats and sushi.
