This Austrian rosé from Carnuntum combines five grape varieties for a unique flavor profile. Made by Kollektiv Peternell using traditional methods, the wine ferments with indigenous yeasts and ages in glass demijohns for 12 months. The blend of white and red grapes creates a versatile wine that pairs well with both sushi and Iberian cured meats. The wine comes from Lower Austria's historic winemaking region.
