Perdido No Viño Blanco is a white wine from the Ribeira Sacra region in Galicia, Spain. It’s crafted from a blend of Palomino (50%), Godello (25%), and Albariño (25%) grapes, sourced from old vines aged between 30 and 80 years. These vines grow on granitic and sandy soils at 400 meters above sea level, benefiting from an East-West orientation.
The grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes to preserve their quality. Half of the Palomino undergoes a 10-day maceration, while the rest is directly pressed. Fermentation takes place with native yeasts, followed by a spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The wine then rests for six months on its fine lees, partly in oak barrels and partly in tanks, adding complexity and texture.
This natural white wine reflects the mineral character of its soils, offering a deep and authentic expression of its landscape.
