Pedrís by Un Sol Cel is a natural orange wine crafted entirely from Xarel·lo grapes, a typical variety from the Baix Penedès area in Catalonia. Made from old, organically farmed vineyards in Albinyana, this wine showcases authenticity through minimal intervention and traditional methods. After manual harvesting, the grapes are macerated with their skins for 36 hours before fermentation and aged for six months in new chestnut barrels, providing complexity and a rounded character. This aging method, uncommon and distinctive, enhances the wine's freshness and depth. Due to its natural production process without added sulfites, Pedrís might display sediment, reflecting its artisanal nature.
