This natural wine from Penedes combines red and white Garnacha grapes to create a distinctive Clarete style. Made by Partida Creus in Catalonia, it follows natural winemaking practices with minimal intervention and very low sulfite content. The wine reveals the character of Spanish Garnacha in a lighter expression. Best served chilled between 6-8°C, it pairs well with traditional Spanish dishes like meat rice dishes and Iberian cured meats. A fresh take on the regional winemaking tradition.
