This vibrant rosé is crafted primarily from native Mallorcan grapes—Manto Negro and Callet—celebrated for their ability to bring out the island’s distinct character in every sip. A brief two-day skin contact for Callet captures a soft pink hue along with subtle red-fruit tones. Both varieties are fermented separately with indigenous yeasts, preserving the wine’s natural essence and highlighting its bright, fresh flavors. Part of the blend then matures for six months in used French oak barrels, adding gentle complexity without overwhelming its delicate fruit notes.

With no sulfites added and virtually no residual sugar, this is a pure, unadulterated expression of Mallorcan terroir.
