Guerrilla is a sparkling wine from Penedès, crafted through the collaboration of Masa and Niloufar. It is made from 80% Xarel·lo and 20% Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, two grapes that balance freshness with aromatic character. The grapes undergo an eight-day maceration before the first fermentation in stainless steel. After that, the wine goes directly into bottles, keeping the process simple and natural. This approach gives Guerrilla an expressive personality, combining the structure of Xarel·lo with the fragrant lift of Muscat, and making it a lively choice for those who enjoy sparkling wines with an artisanal touch.
