Plan-Plan from Domaine Mouressipe is a pure Syrah grown on clay-limestone soils in Saint Cômes et Maruejols, where some vines are around 45 years old. Its name suggests a steady, gentle pace, hinting at how well this wine can age. After a short maceration of about two weeks, it rests for at least six months in fiberglass tanks, allowing its fruit-forward and floral notes to shine alongside subtle spicy hints. Despite its underlying richness, the palate stays balanced and energetic, with refined structure. Over time, it can gain even more depth, rewarding a bit of patience.
