Kiddo Blanc

Kiddo Blanc is Milan Nestarec’s fun-loving side in a bottle – a bright, fizzy Sauvignon Blanc from Moravia, made to be opened and shared without overthinking. The grapes come from the Achtele vineyard in Velké Bílovice, grown organically on sandy, loess soils and picked early to keep their natural energy and freshness.
Whole bunches are pressed gently and only the free-run juice is used, giving a clean, juicy core. Fermentation starts spontaneously on the skins and stems, then moves into a pressure tank to trap the natural bubbles, creating a fine, playful sparkle. The wine is left to be itself: no fining, no filtration and no added sulfur.
In the glass, expect crunchy citrus, green apple and a touch of flowers, lifted by lively acidity and a light, dry palate with a subtle mineral edge and a hint of pleasant bitters on the finish. Easy to drink, refreshing and full of bounce – perfect for picnics, sunny afternoons or as your first glass of the night.
