Tattouine takes its name from Tunisian workers who planted this 0.8-hectare vineyard over 100 years ago in Calce. The wine combines grapes from century-old vines growing in red slate and limestone soils. Following winemaker Tom Lubbe's early-harvest approach to combat Roussillon's warm climate, whole clusters undergo three weeks of maceration before aging in 2000L concrete tanks for 9 months. This natural process creates a fresh, vibrant red that pairs well with game and red meat.
