Brutal Tommy Ferriol represents an adventurous blend of Syrah (70%) and Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains (30%) from clay-limestone soils in Roussillon. This natural wine follows a minimal intervention approach with completely destemmed grapes co-fermenting for just 3 days using indigenous yeasts. The wine then ages for 6 months in stainless steel tanks, preserving its fresh, fruity character. The result is a light, fragrant red that pairs well with Iberian cured meats.
