A sophisticated white wine from Penedès, Spain, made exclusively from old-vine Xarel·lo grapes (55-60 years old) grown across several plots. This unique wine undergoes 8 months of aging with bâtonnage in multiple vessels - acacia, chestnut, French oak barrels, and amphora - creating layers of complexity. With its straw yellow color and notes of pineapple, banana, and brioche, it pairs excellently with seafood, especially sushi and fish dishes. A refined expression of the Catalan terroir from Mas Candí.
