Ryšák is a very aromatic, light red wine that stands out thanks to its unusual blend of Moravian Muscat and Saint Laurent. It combines bright fruit, floral notes and a fresh, easy flow, while still keeping a gentle grip on the palate. Whole grapes were left for 10 days in wooden containers for carbonic maceration, a method that brings extra juiciness and energy to the wine. Ageing in Moravian amphorae and French oak barrels gives it more texture and balance. Unfiltered, unfined and made without added sulfur, this is a pure, lively wine with a clear sense of place.
