DJ EGG

DJ EGG is Martin Vajčner’s first wine from the 2025 vintage and a playful take on pét-nat from Moravia. It’s a lightly sparkling white made from Moravian Muscat and Müller Thurgau grown on the Kraví hora vineyard in Konice, farmed organically in the Znojmo region.
Whole bunches are pressed and the juice ferments spontaneously in glass demijohns. When fermentation is still going, the wine is bottled so it can finish in the bottle, creating the natural bubbles. It then rests on fine lees, which round the texture and, with time, give a softer mousse and a more creamy mouthfeel.
DJ EGG is unfiltered, unclarified and made without added sulfur, so you get a very direct expression of the grapes and place. Expect a fresh, lively pét-nat that works well as an aperitif, for relaxed evenings with friends or whenever you feel like something fun, light and easy to drink.
