This rosé wine from Kartli, Georgia, represents a blend of indigenous varieties Chinuri and Tavkveri, crafted by Marina Kurtanidze - co-founder of Georgia's first women-established winery. The wine follows an ancient Georgian tradition of fermentation in qvevri (clay vessels buried in the ground), a method recognized by UNESCO as cultural heritage. Made at one of Georgia's first certified organic wineries, it demonstrates the region's commitment to both tradition and environmental consciousness. The grapes undergo a 5-month whole-cluster fermentation, resulting in a wine that captures the essence of Georgian winemaking heritage.
