Domaine de Majas Rouge is an organically produced red wine from the sunny Côtes Catalanes in southern France, offering a blend of classic Mediterranean grapes: Carignan and Grenache. Grown on clay and limestone slopes, these grapes benefit from natural farming methods and minimal intervention winemaking, including manual harvesting and fermentation with native yeasts.
In the glass, the wine presents a bright ruby color. Its aroma reveals fresh blackberries and cherries, with subtle earthy notes. On tasting, it's juicy and fruity, showing ripe dark fruit flavors, gentle tannins, balanced acidity, and hints of spice that leave a pleasant finish. Ideal to pair with tacos al pastor, grilled meats, or cheeses.
