True to its name, which means “mixture” in Italian, this rosé is created from the final portions of many different wines produced in the year—white, red, and rosé. Sometimes even wines from previous vintages are included, making each release a one-of-a-kind expression.

The blend often features local grapes such as Trebbiano, Pecorino, Montepulciano, and Montonico, but the exact recipe is never fixed. After being combined, the wines rest in steel or fiberglass tanks, resulting in a lively, fresh rosato. Expect bright acidity and flavors that may remind you of summer berries, rosehip, and light herbal notes, with a playful edge that makes it easy to enjoy on warm days.
