Otoño 2022 from Upper Moutere, New Zealand combines Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Gewürztraminer in a distinct way. Each grape variety undergoes different skin fermentation periods, creating layers of complexity. The wine matures in traditional amphora vessels for 6 months. The vineyard's practice of sheep grazing between vines helps maintain natural balance in the soil.
