Kemisió is a red wine made in Aragón from a unique blend: 70% white grapes and 30% red, all from old vines. The exact varieties remain unknown, which adds to its character. Grapes are harvested on different days depending on their ripeness, then macerated with the skins for 15 days. After that, fermentation and aging happen in stainless steel tanks for nearly a year, keeping the wine fresh and direct.
Though labeled as red, its high percentage of white grapes gives it a very light, crisp profile — quite different from traditional reds. It's a natural wine with low intervention, very low sulfites, and a dry, lively finish.
