As Nabatas is a mountain white wine from the Huesca Pyrenees, made from Chardonnay and Macabeo. Its name refers to the nabatas, old wooden rafts once used to carry timber down the rivers, a detail that links the wine closely to its landscape and local memory.
The wine is made with a minimal-intervention approach, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. The use of sulphur and copper is kept very low, fermentation starts with indigenous yeasts, and the wine is bottled unfiltered. In the glass, it shows citrus, white fruit, soft floral notes and a light herbal background. The palate is fresh, lively and easy to enjoy, with good acidity and a clean finish.
