This rosé wine from Escoda-Sanahuja combines Cabernet Franc, Grenache, Carignan, and Merlot grapes grown in the clay-limestone soils of Conca de Barberà, Catalonia. The winemaker follows biodynamic principles, using only indigenous yeasts and no artificial additives. The wine matures for 8 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling without filtration. It offers fresh red fruit notes with spicy undertones from its diverse grape blend.
