Els Bassotets is a natural white wine from Conca de Barberà, Spain, that presents itself as an orange wine due to its amber hue. Made through biodynamic farming, it combines Garnacha Blanca, Macabeu, and Parellada grapes with extended skin contact. The wine undergoes fermentation with native yeasts and ages in cement tanks without filtering or clarifying. This minimal intervention approach results in a wine with pronounced citrus notes balanced by mineral tones from Mediterranean sea winds.
