Les 3 Loups from Domaine Les Roches Bleues is a captivating Brouilly crafted from 100% Gamay. This wine pays tribute to three generations of winemakers in the family, honoring their dedication to organic and natural winemaking. Grown in the unique pierre bleue (blueschist) and alluvial soils at the foot of Mont Brouilly, it expresses both structure and freshness.
Hand-harvested whole bunches undergo a 12-day semi-carbonic maceration, followed by fermentation with native yeasts in cement tanks. Aged for 14 months in large, 50-year-old oak foudres, this unfiltered wine bursts with juicy wild fruit, bright energy, and elegant balance, finishing long and vibrant. A true reflection of its terroir, Les 3 Loups is a dynamic and expressive Brouilly, perfect for those who appreciate finesse and depth in their reds.
