This French red wine embodies the Japanese concept of Wabi Sabi - finding beauty in simplicity and the natural course of time. Produced from Cinsault grapes grown in the Mont Py plot, this 2023 vintage reflects the winemaker's commitment to letting nature speak through the wine. The aging process in vats preserves the pure expression of the terroir, creating a wine that celebrates both tradition and natural simplicity.
