Les Voisines is a Chardonnay from the Jura region, shaped by three different hillside plots with gravel on marl, limestone, and blue marl soils. This mix brings freshness, tension, and depth to the wine.
The vines are grown biodynamically without pesticides, and everything is done by hand, from vineyard to bottle. Whole grape clusters are gently pressed, and fermentation happens naturally with native yeasts. The wine is then aged for two winters on fine lees in oak barrels, giving it a smooth texture and layered character.
On the palate, it shows a salty minerality with lemon, floral, and white fruit notes. It pairs beautifully with shellfish, smoked fish, or creamy poultry dishes. Best enjoyed between 10 and 13°C.
