Primeiro Ciclo by Ciclo Vinho is an expressive white wine from the picturesque Estremoz area in Alentejo, Portugal. Crafted from a distinctive blend of Arinto, Fernão Pires, Alicante Branco, and Tamarez grapes, this wine reflects a harmonious fusion of tradition and natural winemaking methods. The grapes, carefully hand-harvested, undergo spontaneous fermentation without temperature control, followed by a 5-day maceration that lends a structured feel with slight tannins.
This wine is lively, offering an inviting touch of exotic fruit flavors balanced by refreshing acidity. Its unique texture and vibrant character make it versatile for pairing, ideally suited for dishes such as chicken curry, grilled octopus, or seafood risotto.
