Les Rosiers

Les Rosiers is a rosé Champagne with a personal story behind its name: rose bushes still grow beside some of the estate’s oldest vines, like quiet guardians of the vineyard. It comes from old parcels in Crouttes-sur-Marne, where lower yields give the grapes deeper fruit character.

The wine is made mainly from Pinot Noir, with Meunier adding freshness. The Pinot Noir is macerated to bring colour and berry flavour, while the Meunier is vinified as white wine. No dosage is added, so the Champagne keeps a dry, direct style.

Expect a ruby-pink colour, fine bubbles, and notes of morello cherry, strawberry, blueberry and blackberry, with a light hint of almond. It feels crisp and fruity, with enough body to make it enjoyable on its own or with food.
