Éclosion Meunier is a Brut Nature Champagne made entirely from Pinot Meunier, a grape that often brings round fruit and a generous feel. It is a blanc de noirs, meaning a white sparkling wine made from red-skinned grapes. With no added sweetness after ageing, it keeps a direct, lively style while still showing depth.

A special part of this wine is its ageing in egg-shaped concrete tanks, combined with some ageing in wood. The concrete “eggs” keep the wine gently moving on its lees, helping to build texture while preserving the fruit. In the glass, expect fine bubbles, notes of vanilla, fresh almond, butter and fruit, with a light marine touch and a salty finish. It is a good choice for those who enjoy Champagne that feels pure, energetic and not overly sweet.
