Benjamina is a Pet-Nat from Catalonia blending Macabeu, Parellada, and Xarel-lo. This natural sparkling wine undergoes unique fermentation, with skin-contact Parellada added to fermenting Macabeu and Xarel-lo before bottle fermentation. It offers chalky mineral notes with pear and apple flavors.
