This Carignan from Terra Alta demonstrates a unique winemaking approach. After a brief 4-day maceration, the wine ferments in both chestnut foudre and stainless steel tanks. During its 8-month aging, it naturally develops a layer of flor yeast, typical for this winery. Despite coming from the warm 2023 vintage, the wine preserves its fresh and fruity profile through careful handling.
