We’ve handpicked a line-up that shows orange wine’s full spectrum: the citrusy, creamy Chenin Blanc of Escoda-Sanahuja “Els Bassots”; Denavolo “Ciliegia”, pure Ortrugo with three months on skins and a fresh, aromatic twist; Vinyes Singulars “l’Autocaravana del Pelai”, rare Xarel·lo Vermell from old Penedès vines, gently macerated and rested in chestnut; Sicus “Cartoixà Brisat”, whole-bunch infused for months for salty citrus peel, dried fruit and tea-like grip; Jason Ligas & UWC Samos “Socorro”, a sunlit Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains with lift and perfume; and Pheasant’s Tears “Kisi”, qvevri-fermented amber Georgia in a bottle—marmalade, peach and spice.
