This unique sparkling wine from Baix Penedès represents a fusion of winemaking traditions. It combines Palomino Fino from Trebujena's chalk-rich soils with local Macabeu grapes. The wine matures for 12 months under a layer of Flor yeast in special Jerez barrels previously used for Palo Cortado. Part of a limited production of 400 bottles, each manually disgorged to preserve its distinct character.
