Fruita Analógica Little Fluffy Clouds by Vinyes Tortuga is a fresh, youthful white wine that perfectly captures the spirit of natural winemaking. Crafted in Catalonia's scenic Alt Empordà, it combines Macabeo and Muscat of Alexandria grapes from organic, biodynamically farmed vineyards growing on slate-rich soils. The grapes undergo manual harvesting and ferment naturally with native yeasts, ensuring minimal intervention and no added sulphites, filtration, or clarification.
On tasting, this wine delights with refreshing citrus and fruit notes, particularly melon and apricot, complemented by lively acidity. Its crisp texture and brightness make it both enjoyable and memorable, ideal for relaxed drinking occasions.
