This white wine from Sicily's Mount Etna combines grapes from high-altitude vineyards (1100m) with a unique blend of local and international varieties. The wine is produced by a family estate using traditional methods, including fermentation in chestnut barrels with native yeasts. A blend of Grecanico, Riesling, Chenin Blanc, and other local varieties creates a wine with citrus notes and mineral characteristics typical of Etna's volcanic terroir. The winemakers focus on organic farming and minimal intervention techniques.
